is seeking a PRN Clinical Dietitian. Will fill in for FT Dietitian as needed. Responsible for the nutritional
care aspect of the department; department liaison with the patients, nurses and physicians; planning and
implementing and evaluating patients diets; patient instructions and diet consultations. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with specialization in dietetics and nutrition; Registered member of American Dietetic

Putnam County WIC/Chronic Disease Programs is seeking a Public Health Nutritionist Supervisor.
1476.30 bi-weekly salary. This position involves direct nutrition service delivery to Putnam County WIC
participants and Diabetes Self Management Education to clients enrolled in our Closing the Gap-Diabetes
Program. This position will also directly supervise two nutrition educators and a Sr. Clerical Supervisor.
Split position of about 20% Gap and 80% WIC through July 2009 and then 100% WIC or other chronic
