searching for dietitians or nutritionists who reside in the Jacksonville area. This part-time interim position
offers a flexible schedule working two to four days/week beginning October and ending as late as
February. Responsibilities include conducting on-site reviews of National School Lunch Program
participants and generating accompanying USDA reports. Position requirements include a valid driver's
license and reliable transportation, computer skills and internet access. Knowledge of child nutrition

Lake City Medical Center has an opening for a Clinical Dietitian. The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for
assuring the patient receives optimal nutrition care. This includes in-patient screening and assessment
with assignment of nutritional risk and appropriate follow-up. The Clinical Dietitian communicates with
physicians, nursing staff, patients, and their families. Education in the inpatient and outpatient setting is
also required as well as with staff and community as needed. Registered Dietitian required (RD eligible
acceptable if registered within 1 year of employment) and Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist required.
Experience in clinical dietetics preferred; experience gained during internship acceptable for RD eligible
