Medical Nutrition Therapy of Florida, Inc. has two contracts available. The first is at a nursing home/long
term care facility for 12-16 hours per week. Must be available during weekday for part of this time; long
term care experience is a plus. We also have a wt loss classes which are "tagged team taught" by another
RD. These classes are taught generally during the evening hours. If you are interested in either of these

Candidates must have a master’s degree in nutrition or related field. At least two to three years of work
experience is desired. Experience in research, especially adult weight management and implementing
clinical study protocols is strongly preferred. Knowledge of NDSR is a plus. Candidates must be self-
motivated, flexible, possess a positive attitude, and be a team player. Attention to detail and strong written,
verbal, and computer skills are required. The research dietitian assists with implementing the nutritional
component of the research protocol, counsels participants, collects and enters food records, and
develops nutrition education materials. The RD is also involved with an executive wellness program.
The position is in Celebration, FL, full-time for a 1-year contract with the intent of annual renewal. Salary
